This window will allow you to create a backup file for a company's data, either to a hard drive, a removable media drive, or any other shared media drive.

This window will allow you to reindex the data if the data has become corrupt, if data is missing, or if your system freezes when running Acclaim.

This window will allow you to check the integrity of data if it becomes corrupt. Data may become corrupt if your system has run out of hard disk storage space or if Acclaim has froze before. It is recommended to run integrity check at least once a month.

This window will allow you to view previously archived reports.

This window will allow you to email forms such as the Pay stub and T4's to your employees en masse. You will have had to setup Edelivery settings in the Employees miscellaneous tab in order to use Edelivery.
