Troubleshooting

When attempting to select a pay period, the box is grayed out and will not allow you to select a new pay period.

When you are using Clarity, you may encounter an error that reads: "Date out of range". This error means that a date being used somewhere in your database is invalid (e.g. 01/22/1842) and because Clarity tries to validate it, it will find that the date is out of range.

Program is displaying menu options, fields or grid titles in a language that you do not desire (ie: French vs English or vice versa).

'NaN' is not a valid floating point value in Paymate Clarity.

No mapping for the Unicode characters exists in Clarity.
