How to fix invalid file / attachment type error
I am unable to upload the file / attachment that I intend to upload.
Description:
- I am unable to upload the file that I intend to upload in any of the following sections:
- Human Resources > Setup >
- Documents
- Benefits
- Employees
- On Boarding
- Off Boarding
- Training
- supported file types PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, TXT, RTF.
Prerequisites:
- File Size: Use a file or an attachment that is less than 20 MB.
Solution:
- After logging into Harmony, go to the location where you want to upload your file or attachment.
- Drag and drop a valid file that is a compatible file type (Supported file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, TXT, RTF).
- Click the “Upload” icon to upload the file.
- Click "Save" icon if any further changes have been made.
