Delete Payroll Group

Description:

• When I try to delete a payroll group, it displays an error.

Prerequisites:

• Log in to Harmony and navigate to Payroll Setup > Payroll Groups

Solution:

Payroll Group: can be created at any time, but they cannot be deleted if they have historical data linked to them (i.e. have already posted a payroll in a pay run). If you do not have any payrolls for the group but would like to delete it, you must first assign the employees to another payroll group.
