Update Payroll Employee Information when the Paycard is in Progress.

When I try to update payroll employee details, it displays an error: "Employee has paycard in progress."

  • Employees should have pay cards in progress.

Solution:

This issue can occur when trying to update payroll employee details while a paycard is in progress. The system does not allow editing payroll when a pay card is in progress. If you need to edit, you can edit after rolling back the paycards. To resolve this, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Log in to Harmony and navigate to Payroll> Processing > Process payroll.
  2. Choose the employee whose information needs to be updated.
  3. Click on the "Roll Back" button.
  4. Now make any changes needed to the employee's details
