Unable to Import Timesheets

I am unable to import 'Timesheets ' successfully.

 

Description : 

  • I am unable to import 'Timesheets' successfully. I got an error, "Error! Validation Error". This can be due to the import file containing details of already exist in the system.

Prerequisites :

  • N/A

Solution : 

  • After logging into Harmony, navigate to Time and Attendance   > Timesheets
  • Click on "Search"  field.
  • Enter each Employee Name , Date and search.
  • If the importing entries are already available on the import sheet, remove the respective rows from the import file and save the file.
  • Click on the "Import" button at the top of the clock entries page.
  • In the 'Interface' dropdown, select the value.
  • Click on the "Choose file" button.
  • Select the import file that was modified and saved.
  • Click on the "Import" button.
