Unable to Import Timesheets
I am unable to import 'Timesheets ' successfully.
Description :
- I am unable to import 'Timesheets' successfully. I got an error, "Error! Validation Error". This can be due to the import file containing details of already exist in the system.
Prerequisites :
Solution :
- After logging into Harmony, navigate to Time and Attendance > Timesheets
- Click on "Search" field.
- Enter each Employee Name , Date and search.
- If the importing entries are already available on the import sheet, remove the respective rows from the import file and save the file.
- Click on the "Import" button at the top of the clock entries page.
- In the 'Interface' dropdown, select the value.
- Click on the "Choose file" button.
- Select the import file that was modified and saved.
- Click on the "Import" button.
