Unable to export "Appraisals"

I am unable to export 'Appraisals' successfully.

Description:

  • I am unable to export  'Appraisals' successfully. When the " Export"  button available on the Performance Appraisals page is clicked and I try to export, the following warning is triggered,
    "Attention! Interface is not configured".

Prerequisites:

  • N/A

Solution:

  • After logging into Harmony, navigate to Human Resources  > Setup > Interfaces.
  • Click “+ New” to create a new Interface Setup.
  • In the "Code" field, enter a value.
  • In the "Name" field, enter a value.
  • In the "For" field, select "Export" as the value.
  • In the 'Type' dropdown, select 'Performance Appraisals'.
  • In the "File Type" field, select values.
  • Click on "+" button.
  • In the 'Select Field' dropdown, select a value. 
  • In the "Source Column" field, enter a value.
  • Click “Save” icon to add the newly created Export Interface.
  • Navigate to Human Resources  > Employee Development> Performance Appraisals.
  • Click on the "Export" button available at the top right of the page.
  • Click on the "Export" button available on the popup window.
