Unable to create Interface

Description:

• I am unable to create a new 'Interface' successfully. An error is shown as, "File type is already existing for the interface typeFile type is already existing for the interface type"
• This is due to the fact that there is already existing interface for the selected 'Type' in the same "File Type" combination.

Prerequisites:

• Have created  an import Interfact for the same entity using same file type.
  
  • e.g :
    Import interface
    Type : Timesheet
    File Type : Comma Delimited File

Solution:

1. After logging into Harmony, navigate to Human Resources  > Setup > Interfaces.
2. Click “+ New” to create a new Interface Setup.
3. In the "Code" field, enter a value.
4. In the "Name" field, enter a value.
5. In the "For" field, select  value.
6. In the 'Type' dropdown, select  a value.
7. In the "File Type" field, select another values (Not the existing value).
8. Click on "+" button.
9. In the 'Select Field' dropdown, select a mandatory value (marked with "*" sign).
10. In the "Source Column" field, enter a value.
11. Continue to add all the mandatory values by clicking "+" button.
12. Click “Save” icon to add the newly created Interface.
