Save the "GL Payroll History" report layout
Prerequisites:
- Log in to Harmony and navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports.
Solution:
This issue can occur when you save the "GL Payroll History" report layout with the same name twice. To resolve this, follow the steps outlined below.
- Click on the "Payroll" tab and select "History."
- Click on the "Open" button next to "GL Payroll History" reports.
- Select a dropdown value for the 'Filter By' field.
- In the first date field, enter the correct date range, starting with the record availability date.
- In the second date field, enter the correct date range end date along with the record availability date.
- Click on the "Refresh" icon.
- Click on the "Save" icon.
- In the popup window, enter a layout name that is not already entered.
- Click on the "Save" icon.
