Save the "GL Payroll History" report layout

 

Prerequisites:

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports.

Solution:

This issue can occur when you save the "GL Payroll History" report layout with the same name twice. To resolve this, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Click on the "Payroll" tab and select "History."
  2. Click on the "Open" button next to "GL Payroll History" reports.
  3. Select a dropdown value for the 'Filter By' field.
  4. In the first date field, enter the correct date range, starting with the record availability date.
  5. In the second date field, enter the correct date range end date along with the record availability date.
  6. Click on the "Refresh" icon.
  7. Click on the "Save" icon.
  8. In the popup window, enter a layout name that is not already entered.
  9. Click on the "Save" icon.
