Create, Edit or Delete an Upcoming Date Record

I am unable to create, edit or delete a new upcoming date successfully

Description:

  • I am unable to create, edit or delete a new upcoming date successfully.

Prerequisites:

  • Your upcoming dates are automatically captured from various sources, but you can also manually create dates.  

Solution:

After logging into Harmony, navigate to Human Resources >  Dashboard > Upcoming date.

A. Creating a Manual Date: 

  1. Click the “Add” button to add a new manual date.
  2. Enter the required fields: "Date," "Description," "Recurring," and "Limit to" (if necessary).
  3. Click the “Save” button to save the manual date.

B. Editing a Manual Date: 

  1. Select the date from the list.
  2. Click the “Edit” button.
  3. Update the fields as needed.
  4. Click the “Save” button to save your changes.

C. Deleting a Manual Date: 

You can delete manually created dates. 

  1. Choose the date you want to delete.
  2. Click the “Delete” button.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Delete” again.
