Rollback paycards without selecting an employee.

When I attempt to roll back paycards, I receive the following error: "Please select employee or employees to process."

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to Processing > Payroll Wizard > Process payroll.

Solution:

This issue can occur when trying to roll back paycards without selecting an employee. To solve this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the employee checkboxes that are needed to create paycards.
  2. Click on the "Rollback " button.
