Payroll Category not showing on Paystub

Problem:

When the Pays tubs are printed out, a particular payroll category item is not printing out, even though it is in the employee’s timesheet.

Cause:

The Show on Paystub flag has not been selected for the payroll category in question.

Solution:

To select Show on Paystub flag, follow the steps below.

Steps:

1. Go to Setup > Payroll categories.
2. Highlight the appropriate payroll category, and click on Edit.
3. Put a check mark in the Show on Pay stub box.
4. Click on Save, and Close.
5. Reprint the paystubs. The item in question should now print.
