Solutions:
Before starting, navigate to HR > Reports.
A. Opening a Report:
- In the dropdown field, select the report you want to view.
B. Editing a Report:
- In the dropdown field, select the report you want to modify.
- Each report will have different filters available. Use the filters and click the refresh button to confirm your filters.
- Drag and drop the columns according to how you want them to be displayed.
- Drag any field to the ‘Row Group’ section to group your report by the selected field.
- To show/hide any fields, click "Columns" on the far-right side to display all available fields. Tick the fields that you want to be shown and untick the fields that you want to hide.
C. Saving a Report:
- Ensure that the report being displayed is exactly how you want it (review the Editing a Report section for more information).
- Click the save button.
- Enter a name for your report.
- Click the "Save" icon to save your changes.
D. Exporting a Report:
You can export your report in different formats, including Excel or printing it out.
- In the list of reports, select the report you want to export.
- To export the report to an Excel file or comma-delimited (CSV) file, click “Export.”
- Select the file type you want to export to.
- Exported files will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.
E. Deleting a Report:
You can only delete a report that you've created. You cannot delete a report created by another user or the standard reports provided.
- In the list of reports, identify the report that you want to delete.
- Click the delete button to delete the report.
- Confirm your decision to delete the report. Click "Delete" to remove the report. The report is now deleted.
If you accidentally delete a report, you can re-create it manually.
