License file has been corrupted

The license file has been corrupted when starting the program or installing a new version.

When the error message appears, record the location of the license file down.

  1. Go to the license location and delete the files PMW.lic and pmw.LIC.bak.
  2. Download Paymate Acclaim from http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/ by logging in with your (customer ID or Username) and password.
  3. Download the Paymate Acclaim latest Version.
  4. Install Paymate Acclaim using the .exe file that you downloaded from the customer portal.
  5. Activate Paymate Acclaim by using serial key http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/ Copy the serial key from customer Paymate software website and paste in Acclaim Activation Key.
