License file has been corrupted
The license file has been corrupted when starting the program or installing a new version.
When the error message appears, record the location of the license file down.
- Go to the license location and delete the files PMW.lic and pmw.LIC.bak.
- Download Paymate Acclaim from http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/ by logging in with your (customer ID or Username) and password.
- Download the Paymate Acclaim latest Version.
- Install Paymate Acclaim using the .exe file that you downloaded from the customer portal.
- Activate Paymate Acclaim by using serial key http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/ Copy the serial key from customer Paymate software website and paste in Acclaim Activation Key.
