This issue can occur when you try to navigate to the next step without entering the phrase. To solve this issue, follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Next" button in the first step in the "year-end" process.
  2. Click on the "Next" button in the second step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  3. Click on the "Next" button in the third step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  4. Click on the "Next" button in the fourth step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  5. Click on the "Next" button in the fifth step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  6. Click on the "Next" button in the sixth step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  7. Click on the "Next" button in the seventh step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  8. Click on the "Next" button in the eighth step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  9. Click on the "Next" button in the ninth step(If available) in the "year-end" process.
  10. Enter the "CLOSE 2023(The year should be the year which you are closing)" phrase in the given field.
  11. Click on the "Finish" button
