Create a backup without "Compress backup" checkbox in the "year-end" process.

When I tried to create a compressed backup, it created a normal backup with a large file size.

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to 'Year End'.

Solution:

This issue can occur when you try to create a backup without a name. To solve this issue, follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Next" button in the first step of the "year-end" process.
  2. Click on the "Next" button in the second step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  3. Click on the "Next" button in the third step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  4. Click on the "Next" button in the fourth step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  5. Click on the "Next" button in the fifth step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  6. Click on the "Next" button in the sixth step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  7. Click on the "Next" button in the seventh step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  8. Click on the "Next" button in the eighth step (if available) in the "year-end" process.
  9. Enter the new name of a backup file (that does not exist in the system) in the given space.
  10. Checked the "Compress backup" checkbox.
  11. Click on the "Backup" button.
