How to fix Name Already Exist error

Description:

• I am unable to create a folder or add a new file as the name already exist in any of the following sections:
  • Human Resources  > Setup >
    • Documents
    • Benefits
    • Employees
    • Interfaces
    • On Boarding
    • Off Boarding
    • Performance
    • Skills
    • Training.

Prerequisites:

• N/A

Solution:

1. After logging into Harmony, go to the location where you are getting this error.
2. In the "Name" field, enter a unique value and a value of fewer than 50 characters.
3. Add all the mandatory fields that are highlighted in red.
4. Click “Save” icon to save any changes made.
