How to fix Date Range error
I am unable to complete a step due to a date range error.
Description:
- I am unable to finish a step or update existing information due to a date range error in any of the following sections:
- Human Resources > Setup >
- Performance
- Training
- Employee
- Benefits.
Prerequisites:
Solution:
- After logging into Harmony, go to the location where you want to add a date range.
- In the "Start Date" field, enter a date value (eg: 03/10/2023).
- In the "End Date" field, enter a date value greater than the "Start Date" value (eg: 05/10/2023).
- Add all the mandatory fields that are highlighted in red.
- Click the “Save” icon to save any changes.
- The following can be in place of "Start Date" and "End Date":
- Issue Date > Expiry Date
- Date Joined > Renewal Date
- On > Until
- From > To
- Date Issued > Date Returned.
