How to fix Date Range error

I am unable to complete a step due to a date range error.

Description:

  • I am unable to finish a step or update existing information due to a date range error in any of the following sections:
  • Human Resources  > Setup >
    • Performance 
    • Training 
    • Employee
    • Benefits.

Prerequisites:

  • N/A

Solution:

  1. After logging into Harmony, go to the location where you want to add a date range.
  2. In the "Start Date" field, enter a date value (eg: 03/10/2023).
  3. In the "End Date"  field, enter a date value greater than the "Start Date" value (eg: 05/10/2023).
  4. Add all the mandatory fields that are highlighted in red.
  5. Click the “Save icon to save any changes.
  • The following can be in place of "Start Date" and "End Date":
    • Issue Date > Expiry Date
    • Date Joined > Renewal Date
    • On > Until
    • From > To
    • Date Issued > Date Returned.
