How to complete Preferences settings successfully

Description:

• I want to understand and set up preferences. When creating a new employee in Harmony, their profile will automatically adopt these settings.

Prerequisites:

Solution:

1. Navigate to HR > Setup > Preferences.
2. Enter the required details:
   • "Default Time Off Approval Path": This identifies the default approval path for training courses. 
   • "Hours in One Workday": Specify the number of hours that constitute a regular workday for your employees.
   • "Working Days": Define which days are considered as working days for your employees. 
   • "Default Assigned Benefit Plans": Indicate the benefit plans automatically assigned to new employees. Refer to the Benefits section for more details.
3. Once you've entered these details, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
