Harmony T&A - Terminal
Harmony features a ‘terminal mode’, in which you or your managers can set up on a stationary machine at your workplace. You can set up a terminal on any device, including a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Terminal mode essentially works like a hardware time clock – your employees can clock in using a six-digit PIN instead of logging into a browser to access Harmony Time & Attendance. You can review your terminals by navigating to Setup > Terminals.

Deleting a Terminal
If the terminal is already in use, you cannot delete the terminal. You must ensure that the terminal is not being used anywhere before attempting to delete it.
- From the list of all terminals, select the terminal that you want to delete.
- Click the delete button to delete the terminal.
- Harmony will ask for your confirmation that you want to delete the terminal. Click “Delete” to delete the terminal. The terminal is now deleted.
Deleting a terminal will automatically remove the employees’ PIN. Recreating the terminal will generate a new PIN for your employees.
If you accidentally deleted a terminal, you can re-create it manually.
