Harmony T&A - Notifications

Your notifications can be automatically sent via email, web/browser, and/or mobile application when certain criteria is triggered. You can also set up email templates with dynamic fields for email notifications. To review your notifications, navigate to Setup > Notifications.

  1. To enable or disable your notifications, use the toggle for the specified notification for email, web/browser, and/or mobile app. If the toggle is green and the slider is toggled to the right, it is enabled. If the toggle is grey and the slider is toggled to the left, it is disabled.

If you toggle any notification for email notifications, you must select an email template.

Selecting an Email Template for Email Notifications

  1. From the list of notifications, identify which notification you want to assign an email template for.
  2. Click the edit button next to the notification.
  3. Select the email template that you want to assign to this notification. If you want to create a new email template for this notification, click “Add New Template”

A new window will open up to allow you to create a new email template. Review the Harmony Company User Manual for more information.
