Error 5185: Local server connections are restricted in this environment

User gets the following error when running Acclaim: Error 5185: Local server connections are restricted in this environment
  1. Locate ads.ini file, this is typically located in the C:\Paymatew\ folder.
  2. Edit it with a text editor (notepad).
  3. Add the following line to the end of the file:
    [SETTINGS]
    MTIER_LOCAL_CONNECTIONS=1
