Email Notification When Break Duration Exceeded

I am unable to receive a notification when the my employees do not break out within the expected time period.

Description :

  • I am unable to receive web notification when the my employees do not break out within the expected time period.

Prerequisites :

  • I am the manager/supervisor of the employee
  • Employees are entitle to breaks by the shifts they are attached to
  • Employees have taken breaks exceeding the allocated time duration

Solution : 

  • After logging into Harmony, navigate to Time and Attendance > Setup > Notifications.
  • Search for the  “Break Duration Exceeded” field.
  • Click enable the tick under Web.
