Email Notification When Break Duration Exceeded
I am unable to receive a notification when the my employees do not break out within the expected time period.
Description :
- I am unable to receive web notification when the my employees do not break out within the expected time period.
Prerequisites :
- I am the manager/supervisor of the employee
- Employees are entitle to breaks by the shifts they are attached to
- Employees have taken breaks exceeding the allocated time duration
Solution :
- After logging into Harmony, navigate to Time and Attendance > Setup > Notifications.
- Search for the “Break Duration Exceeded” field.
- Click enable the tick under Web.
