Delete Timesheet after creating Paycards.

When I try to delete timesheets, the timesheet section does not get enabled for selection.

Description:

  • When I try to delete timesheets, the timesheet section does not get enabled for selection.

Prerequisites:

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to Processing > Payroll Wizard >  Process payroll

Solution:

This issue can occur when trying to delete timesheets after creating pay cards. The system does not allow the deletion of timesheets after creating paycards. To solve this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Processing > Payroll Wizard > Process payroll.
  2. Select the employee name whose paycards have been created and need to be removed.
  3. Click on "Rollback."
  4. The timesheet section should now be enabled for selection.
