Create script basis payroll category

Prerequisites:

  • Log in to Harmony, and navigate to Payroll Setup > Payroll Categories.
  • Click on the "+New" button.
  • In the Classification window, select the type of payroll category that you need to create.
  • Select the basis type as "script" in the category creation window.
  • Have entered all required fields in the category window.

Solution:

  1. Click the 'Script' tab to enter the script.
  2. Click "LEGEND" to get values set for creating the script.
  3. Create a script for the category by using values.
  4. Click "VALIDATE" to verify whether the script is valid or not.
  5. Click the "Save" icon button to create the category.
