Create, Initiate, Export, Review & Signing off a Performance Appraisal

I would like to create, initiate, export, review or sign off a Performance Appraisal

A. Creating a Performance Appraisal: 

  1. Click the '+ New' button.
  2. Enter the required fields:
    • Employee: Identify the employee for whom the performance appraisal is created. 
    • Performance Appraisal: Specify the type of performance appraisal (review the Performance Appraisal section for more information). 
    • Appraisal Period: Define the date range for the appraisal. 
  3. Click the "Save" button to save the appraisal.

B. Initiating an Existing Performance Appraisal: 

Initiating a performance appraisal starts the appraisal process, allowing the employee (if allowed) to complete it first, followed by the manager and reviewer. 

  1. Select the appraisal record from the list.
  2. Go to the 'Manager Appraisal' tab.
  3. Click the "Initiate" button.

C. Exporting Performance Appraisals: 

  1. Click the "Export" button.
  2. Choose the file type for export.
  3. Provide a name for the export file.
  4. Click "Export" to complete the export.

D. Signing Off on Performance Appraisals: 

The administrative user or reviewer must sign off on the appraisal after the employee and manager have completed their parts. 

  1. Select the appraisal record.
  2. Go to the 'Reviewer' tab.
  3. Click the "Sign Off" button.

E. Reviewing the Final Report: 

After all sections of the appraisal are completed and signed off, you can review the final report. 

  1. Choose the appraisal record.
  2. Visit the 'Final Report' tab.
  3. Click the "Download" button to export the final report.
