Create, Edit and Delete Competency Group

Description:

• I am unable to create, edit or delete  a 'Competency Group' successfully.

Prerequisites:

• N/A

Competency Groups: 

1. After logging into Harmony, navigate to Human Resources  > Setup > Performance > then select 'Competency Groups.'
2. To create a Competency Group:
   • Click the '+ New' button.
   • Fill in the details on the left:
     • "Name": Name of the competency group. 
     • "Competency Name": Name of each competency within the group. 
     • "Description": Description of each competency. 
     • "Weight %": The percentage weight of each competency (must total 100%). 
   • Fill in scoring details on the right:
     • "Competency Scores Name": Name displayed during performance appraisals.
     • "Score": Score for the competency (used in final employee rating). 
   • Click "Save" to save your changes.
3. To edit a Competency Group:
   • • Select the group from the list.
     • Edit the fields as needed.
     • Click "Save" to save changes.
4. To delete a Competency Group:
   • • You can't delete if it's in a performance appraisal; remove it from there first.
     • Select the group to delete.
     • Click "Delete" and confirm.
