Create an import interface
This instruction will help you create an import interface without any error.
Description:
- To create an import interface without any errors, make sure you have entered a code and name that were previously not being used.
Prerequisites:
- Log in to Harmony and navigate to Configurations > Employee List > Import.
Solution:
- Click on the "Start" button.
- Click on the "+NEW" button.
- In the "Code" field, enter the interface code; make sure it has not been used before.
- In the "Name" field, enter the interface name that was not created before.
- Click the "+" button and fill out the required fields one by one to the interface.
- "First Name"
- "Last Name"
- "Gender"
- "Date of Birth" (enter a valid date format)
- "Address"
- "Country"
- "Province/State"
- "City/Town"
- "Employee #"
- "Employment Status"
- "Employee Type"
- "Start Date" (enter a valid date format)
- "Last Hire Date" (enter a valid date format)
- "Department"
- "Work Location"
- "Work email" or "Personal email."
- Click on the "Save" icon button.
