Create a RL-1 XML file with an invalid postal code.

Description:

• When I try to create an XML file, it displays an error as "RL1 Xml Invalid postal code."

Prerequisites:

• Log in to Harmony and navigate to Forms>RL-1>Export RL-1 (XML).

Solution:

This issue can occur when you try to create an XML file with an invalid postal code. To solve this issue, follow the following steps:

1. In the company information section- 'Postal Code' field, enter a valid postal code.
2. Fill out all other required fields.
3. Click on the "Load RL1s" button.
4. Click on the "Create XML" button.
