Create a New Performance Appraisal

Description:

• I am unable to create an appraisal successfully. This may be due to the fact that there are missing mandatory field values. 

Prerequisites:

• N/A

Solution:

1. After logging into Harmony, navigate to Human Resources > Setup > Performance.
2. Click “+New” button on the top left corner of the Performance page.
3. In the "Appraisal Name" field, enter a value.
4. In the 'Frequency' dropdown, select a value.
5. Click the “Save” icon to add the new Appraisal.
