Create a bank account

When I try to create a bank account, the "Save" button does not get enabled.

Description:

  • When I try to create a bank account, the "Save" button does not get enabled.

Prerequisites:

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to Payroll > Admin Settings > Bank Accounts.

Solution:

This issue can occur when trying to create a bank account with an existing name. To resolve this, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. In the "Bank Code" field, enter the bank account code.
  2. In the "Bank Name" field, enter a bank account name that does not exist on the system.
  3. Enter other fields if needed.
  4. Click on the "Save" button.
