Change the filters without clicking on the "Refresh" button in "GL Payroll History" reports

When I change the filters, the data does not get arranged according to that.

Prerequisites:

  • Log in to Harmony and navigate to Reports > Dynamic Reports.

Solution:

This issue can occur when you change the filters but do not click on the "Refresh" icon. The system only changes the date after clicking on the "Refresh" icon. To resolve this, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Click on the "Payroll" tab and select "History."
  2. Click on the "Open" button next to "GL Payroll History" reports.
  3. In the 'Payroll group' dropdown, select a payroll group.
  4. In the 'EI group' dropdown, select an EI group.
  5. Select a dropdown value for the 'Filter By' field.
  6. Select the date for the first date field.
  7. Select the date for the first date field.
  8. Click on the "Refresh" icon.
