An overview of the Dashboard

Dashboard Overview: 

Your dashboard provides a real-time summary of various aspects of your Human Resources module. You can use department and date filters to tailor your dashboard. It offers the following features: 

1. Announcements: Create and publish announcements for other users to view.

2. Notepad: Your personal memo pad for reminders and notes.  You can use it for reminders and notes. It's not visible to other users, so you can use it for anything you need.

3. Current Employees: A pie chart displaying the current employee breakdown by type.

4. Upcoming Dates: Lists upcoming holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and custom special dates.

5. New Hires: A bar graph showing new hires over the past few months by employee type.

6. Time Off Taken:  The 'Time Off Taken' widget shows time off taken by employees for different time off types. You can switch between time off types using the dropdown field. Click on an employee's name to see more details about their time off.
