Add an adjustment to the pay cards when the employee has unlocked paycards.
When I try to add adjustments, it displays an error: "Selected employee has unlocked pay card. Please select another employee."

Prerequisites:
- Log in to Harmony and navigate to Processing > Process payroll.
Solution:
This issue can occur when trying to add an adjustment to the pay cards when the employee has unlocked pay cards. The system does not allow you to add adjustments when pay cards are still in process. After rolling back pay card processing, you can make adjustments to employee pay cards. To rollback, the pay cards, follow the steps outlined below.
- Select the employee pay card that is needed to adjust
- Click on the "Rollback" button.
